According to the law: "The consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract within 14 calendar days (10 working days), without penalties and without invoking any reason. The only costs that may be borne by the consumer are the direct return costs of the products."
Note: If you have benefited from free shipping and the products are returned, the amount of the transportation cost will be deducted from the refund.
Essential aspects for granting the right to return products:
- The cost of transporting the products will be borne by the customer.
- The products must be in perfect condition, without any signs of use and/or wear.
- The products can only be returned in their original packaging, without any damage to it. With all the original accessories and protections.
- Sealed products must be returned without breaking the seal, without signs of use and/or wear.
If the product is returned in a condition where it can no longer be sold as new, we reserve the right to request a fee to restore it to its original condition (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from selling the product as second-hand, or, at the customer's option, we will re-send the product at their expense.
Failure to comply with any of the above aspects will result in the cancellation of the right to return the products.
The consumer is not entitled to request the resolution of the contract if the lack of conformity is minor.
The refund of the amounts of money will be made within a maximum of 30 days from the date of returning the product.
Products without the right of return:
- Products purchased by legal entities.
- Products brought based on a special order for which a minimum of 30% deposit was requested.
- Consumable products.
If the NEW purchased product does not correspond to the specifications or has defects, the customer benefits from free transportation for the replacement of the product or a refund (according to the customer's preference).
In order to benefit from this option, the customer is obliged to inform our store about this within 24 hours from the receipt of the parcel.
Attention! The products must be returned via express courier/delivery to the headquarters without cash on delivery or any other costs. Products returned by post or with cash on delivery or other costs will NOT be accepted.
